It’s great to see progress

In weight. In strength gains (brah). In ability. In commitment. In consuming better food (seriously went three days without cookies this week!).

My long term goal has been to reach 100kg with visible abs. I’m 101kg and not far off the ab part. Which makes me feel nice. So I’ve started to think about more goals. Short term, long term, looooong term. Here’s what I’ve come up with:

I want to be 100kg with visible abs (so close!).
I want to bench 125kg x 1 rep by my 22rd birthday (March 7).
I want to stretch and rest and recover to let my back heal (post rugby finals of course).
I want to sweep a competing boat crew next season.
I want to eat less shit.

That last one is hard to quantify. More of a general daily ambition really. I change my routine a lot, but I always work my ass off and I don’t think these are unattainable.
