Monday is erg day

Today I voluntarily did three ergs. Not one, not two but three! And two of them were 2km eh eh eh. I felt pretty flat but I know that’s just where I’m starting at. It’s only uphill from here. I’m the surf boat captain at my local surf club, and want to both lead by example as well as providing a bit of insight of what can be achieved in the sport. But I’ve got a long way to go to get to that point.

After I was done at the gym, a really attractive girl that was there told me she could see my big back muscles flexing through my shirt while I was on the rower, and it looked really great. Which was a lovely thing to say. And made me seriously happy.
